Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated 20 October 2026

This policy covers plans and question packs bought on asksiddha.app, where the Siddha team takes payment through Razorpay. Purchases made inside the app through Google Play or the App Store are refunded under Google's or Apple's own process, from your Google Play or Apple account.

1. What you are buying

Siddha Plus and Siddha Practitioner are monthly plans that renew every month until you cancel. Question packs add one or three questions to Ask; they are paid once and do not expire. Everything is a digital service: it is turned on for your Siddha account as soon as the payment goes through, and nothing is shipped.

2. Cancelling a plan

You can cancel at any time on asksiddha.app/buy after signing in with the same account you use in the app, or by writing to us. Cancelling stops the next payment. Your plan stays on until the end of the month you have already paid for, and then your account returns to Free. Your charts, notes and history are kept.

3. When we refund

We do not refund part of a month already started, or a pack once one of its questions has been used. A question that Siddha declines or fails to answer never uses up a question, so there is nothing to refund for it.

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card, UPI account or bank account you paid with. Razorpay usually sends them within 5 to 7 working days; your bank may take a little longer to show them. When a plan is refunded it ends at once, and when a pack is refunded its remaining questions are removed.

5. Contact

To cancel, ask for a refund or report a payment problem, include the email address of your Siddha account and the date of the payment. Contact details are listed with the app in the App Store and Google Play.
